What is Reiki?

​Reiki is a form of spiritual healing using 'Universal life energy' channeled through the practitioner to the recipient helping to harmonize body, mind and spirit for yourself or anyone you want to help.

Reiki is an effective healing method which can be used for many ailments like reducing stress, relieving pain, headaches, stomach upsets, back problems, asthma along with other respiratory problems, PMT, menstrual problems, sinus, anxiety and many more.  (Please note:  Reiki should never be used instead of medical treatment, but rather as a compliment and a way to become and remain healthy.)  

Reiki can be performed one on one, or in distant healing.

What is Distant Healing?

​Energy Healing, Reiki, like any other energy, can be sent from a distance.  Distant Energy Healing is one technique that can be used in balancing the Body, Mind and Spirit.  It can also be helpful in treating all types of conditions such as; physical ailments, emotional distress and depression, mental issues, energy blockages and ultimately it can help you achieve a higher level of spiritual awareness.

This powerful and simple healing is available at anytime.  It doesn't require much, you could be anywhere in the world and achieve phenomenal results.  In fact, sometimes the results can be even better than hands on healing.  The beauty of this type of healing is that it has no boundaries, distant is not a barrier.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen

(Pronounced Hon-Sha-Zee-Show-Nen)

Is the Reiki symbol for Distant Healing, and has the general meaning of 'No past, no present, no future' or it can have the meaning of 'The Buddha in me contacts the Buddha in you.'

The Distance symbol can, as its name implies, be used to send energies over distance.  Time and distance is no problem when using this Reiki symbol.  Many practitioners consider Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen as the most useful and powerful symbol.  The use of the symbol gives access to the 'Akashic Records', the life records of each soul and can therefore be used in karmic healing.   Trauma and other experiences from this life, previous or parallel lives that affect and mirror peoples' behaviours can be brought to light and released.
